This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our enquiry channels, why, and your rights.
What we collect
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. When you write to us we receive what you send — your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry, to meet legal obligations — in particular pharmacovigilance law, which requires us to record and forward reports of side effects — and to recruit when you apply for a role. Safety reports are retained for as long as pharmacovigilance rules require. Other correspondence is deleted when no longer needed.
Sharing and transfers
Personal data in safety reports is forwarded to the competent health authority of the market concerned. We do not sell personal data. Because we operate in the United States, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt, data may be processed in any of these countries under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on your country you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. Write to [email protected]. This policy was last updated in September 2026 and will be updated as our activities change.
